Commercial License Terms of Use

By purchasing or downloading this T-shirt design, you are granted a non-exclusive commercial license to use the design on physical products that you create and sell.

Permitted Uses

You may:

1. Use the design on T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs, bags, posters, stickers, and other physical merchandise.
2. Sell physical products featuring the design.
3. Use the design for personal or commercial business purposes.
4. Resize, crop, or make minor adjustments to the design to fit your product.

Restrictions

You may not:

1. Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original digital design file.
2. Sell the design itself as a standalone digital product.
3. Upload, share, or distribute the design on stock-graphic, print-on-demand, or digital-download marketplaces as an editable or downloadable asset.
4. Claim the original artwork as your own creation.
5. Use the design to create another digital product intended for resale or redistribution.
6. Transfer or sublicense this license to another person or business.

Print-on-Demand

You may use the design with print-on-demand services only to produce and sell physical products, provided that the design is incorporated into the finished product and customers cannot access or download the original design file.

Ownership

The original artwork and intellectual property remain the property of the original designer/licensor. Purchasing a commercial license grants you permission to use the design under these terms; it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

No Exclusive Rights

This is a non-exclusive license. The same design may be licensed or sold to other customers.

License Violation

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or sharing of the digital design may result in termination of this license and may constitute copyright infringement.
