1. Overview
Products available on Pixel Stocker may be provided by independent sellers and creators. Each seller may establish their own license terms, usage rights, restrictions, and conditions for the products they offer.
Before purchasing or downloading any product, buyers are responsible for reviewing the license terms and conditions provided by the respective seller.
2. Seller-Specific License Terms
Each seller may define specific terms for how their products can be used. These terms may include, but are not limited to:
- Personal or commercial use
- Number of permitted projects or end products
- Modification and customization rights
- Redistribution or resale restrictions
- Print and digital usage
- Client or third-party usage
- Website, social media, advertising, and marketing usage
- Restrictions on sharing, transferring, or sublicensing the original files
- Attribution requirements, where applicable
- Any other conditions specified by the seller
The license applicable to a particular product is determined by the license terms displayed or provided by the seller for that product.
3. Buyer Responsibility
Buyers must carefully read and understand the applicable product license before purchasing or using a product.
By purchasing, downloading, or using a product, the buyer agrees to comply with the seller's stated license terms and conditions.
If a buyer is unsure whether a particular use is permitted, they should contact the seller before using the product.
4. Different Products May Have Different Licenses
License terms may vary from one seller or product to another. Purchasing one product does not automatically grant the same rights for another product.
Buyers should therefore review the license associated with *each individual product* before use.
5. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate, clear, and legally appropriate license terms for the products they upload to Pixel Stocker.
Sellers must ensure that they have the necessary rights and authority to offer their products and grant the licenses described in their product listings.
6. Pixel Stocker's Role
Pixel Stocker provides a marketplace platform for sellers to offer digital products to buyers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pixel Stocker does not determine the specific license rights granted by an individual seller. The applicable product license is established by the seller and presented with the relevant product.
Pixel Stocker may require sellers to modify, clarify, or remove license terms that violate Pixel Stocker's policies or applicable laws.
7. Conflict With Pixel Stocker Policies
Seller-provided license terms must not override Pixel Stocker's Terms of Use, marketplace rules, refund policy, intellectual property policies, or other applicable platform policies.
Where a seller's terms conflict with mandatory Pixel Stocker policies or applicable law, the applicable platform policy or law will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
8. License Questions
If you have questions about the permitted use of a particular product, please contact the seller before purchasing or using the product.
For product-specific licensing questions, the seller is generally the appropriate party to clarify the rights granted for that product.
9. Acceptance of License Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using a seller's product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to comply with the applicable license terms and conditions provided for that product.
Important: A purchase does not automatically mean that you own the copyright or intellectual property rights in the product. Your rights are limited to the license granted by the respective seller.
