Where there is a conflict between these Terms and the Vendor Terms & Conditions concerning vendor-specific obligations, the applicable vendor terms may apply.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Pixelstocker respects intellectual property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the Pixelstocker website, branding, logos, interface, text, graphics, software, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Pixelstocker and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Digital products listed on the Platform may be owned by individual vendors or other rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly stated.

You must respect the copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights associated with products available through Pixelstocker.

12. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Pixelstocker to:

By submitting User Content to Pixelstocker, you grant Pixelstocker the rights necessary to host, display, reproduce, format, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, subject to applicable law.

Pixelstocker reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

14. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experiences.

You must not:

Submit fake reviews.
Manipulate ratings.
Submit reviews in exchange for improper compensation.

Pixelstocker may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable policies.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelstocker and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform or digital products.
