How to Download Your Digital Product

 

PixelStocker digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your purchased files will become available for download.

How Instant Download Works

1. Choose your product

 

Browse PixelStocker and select the digital product you would like to purchase.

 

Before purchasing, check the product information, including:

 

File format
File size
Resolution
Software requirements, if applicable
License type
Product description

 

2.Complete your purchase

Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.

After you successfully complete your payment, PixelStocker will process your order.

 

3. Your download becomes available

Once payment has been confirmed, your digital files will be available for download.

Depending on your account and payment method, you can access your files from:

My Account → Orders → Download

You may also receive an order confirmation email containing information about your purchase and download.

 

4. Download your files

Open your order and select the Download button next to the purchased product.

Save the file to your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

 

5. Extract the files if necessary

 

Some products may be provided as a ZIP file.

 

If your download is a ZIP file:

 

  1. Download the ZIP file.
  2. Locate the file on your device.
  3. Extract or unzip the file.
  4. Open the extracted folder to access your purchased files.

The exact files included will depend on the individual product listing.

Where Can I Find My Downloads?

If you have a PixelStocker account, you can access your purchased digital products from your account dashboard.

 

Go to:

My Account → Downloads

or

My Account → Orders → View Order → Download

 

The exact location may depend on your account and website configuration.

I Didn't Receive My Download

Don't worry. First, check the following:

 

1. Check your payment status

 

Your files may not become available until your payment has been successfully confirmed.

 

2. Check your PixelStocker account

 

Sign in to your account and go to:

My Account → Downloads

 

3. Check your email

 

Look for your PixelStocker order confirmation email.

Also check your:

 

  • Spam folder
  • Junk folder
  • Promotions folder

4. Check your order status

 

If your order is still Pending or Processing, the download may not yet be available.

If your payment has been completed but you still cannot access your files, please contact PixelStocker Support.

What If My Download Link Doesn't Work?

If you are unable to download your purchased file:

 

  1. Make sure you are logged into the account used to purchase the product.
  2. Check your order status.
  3. Try downloading the file again.
  4. Try another browser or device.
  5. Make sure you have enough storage space on your device.
  6. If the problem continues, contact PixelStocker Support.

When contacting support, please provide your order number and a description of the problem.

Can I Download My Product Again?

Your ability to download a product again depends on the download settings for that particular product and your order.

 

If you have already purchased a product, first check:

 

My Account → Downloads

 

If the download is unavailable or you experience a problem with your purchased file, contact PixelStocker Support.
