Welcome to PixelStocker. This Commercial License explains how digital products purchased or downloaded from PixelStocker may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
By purchasing or downloading a digital product from PixelStocker, you agree to comply with these license terms.
1. What This License Allows
Unless a product listing states otherwise, a purchased digital product may be used for commercial projects, including:
- Websites and blogs
- Social media posts and advertisements
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Business presentations
- Digital advertisements
- YouTube videos and other online video content
- Printed materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and business cards
- Product packaging and promotional materials
- Client projects
- Branding and business projects
- Other creative or commercial projects where the digital asset is incorporated into a larger design
The purchased asset may be modified, resized, cropped, recolored, edited, or combined with other elements to create a new finished work.
2. What You Cannot Do
The Commercial License does not allow you to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital file
- Upload the original asset to another marketplace or stock website
- Give the original file to another person for their own use
- Make the original asset available for free download
- Claim the original asset as your own creation
- Use the asset as a standalone product for resale
- Include the original or substantially unchanged asset in a product intended for redistribution
- Use the asset to create competing stock resources, templates, graphics, or downloadable files
- Transfer your license to another person or account
3. Client Work
You may use licensed assets in projects created for your clients.
However, the client may only receive the final finished work. You must not provide the original digital asset or source file to the client unless the product's specific license expressly permits it.
If a client needs to use the asset independently, the client should obtain their own license.
4. End Products for Sale
You may incorporate licensed assets into commercial products that you create and sell, provided that the asset is:
- Part of a larger original creation; and
- Not the primary or standalone item being sold; and
- Not provided to the customer in its original or easily extractable form.
For example, you may use a licensed graphic in a poster design, advertisement, website, packaging design, or other finished creative work.
You may not sell the downloaded graphic itself as a standalone file or downloadable resource.
5. Templates and Digital Products
You may not use PixelStocker assets to create templates, stock graphics, design resources, mockups, clipart collections, or other downloadable products where the licensed asset is included as an editable or reusable component.
This restriction applies even if the final product contains additional design elements.
6. Print-on-Demand
Commercial use in print-on-demand products is permitted when the licensed asset is incorporated into a substantially original design.
The asset must not be used by itself or with only minor modifications as the primary artwork of the product.
Examples of permitted uses may include:
- T-shirts
- Posters
- Mugs
- Phone cases
- Merchandise
- Packaging
- Other physical products
The final product must not allow customers to extract or reuse the original digital asset.
7. Logo and Trademark Use
Unless specifically stated in the product listing, PixelStocker assets should not be used as the sole or primary element of a trademark, registered logo, service mark, or similar exclusive intellectual property.
You are responsible for ensuring that your final branding does not infringe the rights of others.
8. License Ownership
The license is granted to the purchaser and is generally non-transferable.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original asset to you.
The original creator or copyright holder retains all rights that are not expressly granted under this license.
9. Multiple Users and Organizations
A license purchased by an individual is intended for use by that individual.
If an organization, company, agency, or team requires multiple users to access or work directly with the original asset, additional licensing may be required depending on the product and its license terms.
10. Third-Party Content
Some products may contain fonts, photographs, icons, trademarks, models, or other third-party materials.
Where applicable, those components may be subject to separate license terms imposed by their respective copyright owners.
PixelStocker cannot grant rights that it does not own.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party licenses.
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Purchasing or downloading an asset from PixelStocker does not give you ownership of the underlying copyright.
You receive a limited license to use the asset according to these terms and any additional license terms specified on the individual product page.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted remain with the original creator, contributor, or applicable rights holder.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use PixelStocker assets:
- For unlawful purposes
- In a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To create defamatory or misleading content
- In a manner that infringes another person's intellectual property rights
- To create competing downloadable resources
- In connection with content that violates the applicable product or marketplace terms
13. Product-Specific License Terms
Some PixelStocker products may have additional or different licensing restrictions.
If a product page provides specific license terms, those terms will apply to that product and may override or supplement the general Commercial License.
Please review the license information displayed on the product page before purchasing or using an asset.
14. License Termination
PixelStocker or the applicable copyright holder may terminate your license if you materially violate these terms.
If your license is terminated, you must stop using the affected asset and, where applicable, remove it from future projects and distributions.
Finished products that were lawfully created and distributed before termination may be subject to applicable rights and circumstances.
15. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a PixelStocker asset complies with:
- This Commercial License
- The individual product's license
- Applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
- Any applicable third-party licenses
PixelStocker is not responsible for unauthorized use of assets by customers.
