Thank you for purchasing from PixelStocker. This Commercial License grants you the right to use the purchased digital product for commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a product marked as a Commercial License, PixelStocker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product in accordance with these Terms.

The license applies to the specific product purchased and does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original digital product to you.

2. What You May Do

With a Commercial License, you may:

• Use the purchased design in personal and commercial projects.
• Use the design to create finished physical products for yourself or your customers.
• Use the design in websites, social media graphics, advertisements, marketing materials, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Incorporate the design into a larger or substantially different creative work.
• Modify, resize, recolor, crop, or otherwise edit the design to suit your project.
• Sell physical end products containing or incorporating the purchased design.
• Use the design for client projects as part of your professional design or creative services.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer the original digital files.
• Upload the purchased files to file-sharing websites, cloud storage intended for public access, torrent services, or other download platforms.
• Sell or distribute the original design as a standalone digital product.
• Claim the original artwork or digital file as your own creation.
• Register the original design as a trademark, service mark, or logo if doing so would restrict the rights of the original creator.
• Use the purchased file to create another digital product that is substantially similar to the original and sell it as a downloadable resource.
• Make the original files available to customers, clients, employees, contractors, or other third parties except where specifically permitted under this license.
• Use the product in any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited manner.

4. Digital Products and Templates

If the purchased product is a template, graphic, illustration, mockup, font, pattern, 3D asset, presentation, or other editable digital resource, you may use it to create your own finished work.

However, the editable source files and original assets must not be distributed as part of a competing digital product or downloadable resource.

5. Client and Commercial Work

You may use a commercially licensed product for work created for a client.

The client may receive the final finished work, but you must not provide the original purchased digital asset or source files to the client unless the specific product license expressly permits such transfer.

If a client requires ownership or redistribution rights to the original digital asset, an appropriate extended or exclusive license must be obtained where available.

6. Print-on-Demand

Commercially licensed products may be used for print-on-demand products, provided that:

• The purchased design is incorporated into a finished product.
• The original digital file cannot be extracted or downloaded by customers.
• The design is not offered as a standalone downloadable file.
• The resulting product complies with the terms of the applicable print-on-demand platform.

7. Logo and Trademark Use

Commercial use does not automatically grant trademark or exclusive ownership rights.

You may use an asset in branding or logo-related work only where the product description and license specifically allow such use.

You may not claim the original artwork as an exclusive trademark or prevent the original creator or other authorized users from using the same artwork.

8. Copyright and Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the original digital product remain with the original creator or copyright holder.

Purchasing a product does not mean that you purchase the copyright or ownership of the original artwork.

Your license gives you permission to use the product under these Terms but does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

9. One Purchase, One License

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a Commercial License is granted to the purchaser and may not be transferred to another person or business.

If multiple employees, team members, businesses, or locations need to use the original digital files, an appropriate multi-user or extended license may be required.

10. Product-Specific Restrictions

Some products may have additional restrictions or different licensing conditions.

Where a product page, seller, or creator provides additional license terms, those terms apply to the purchased product and form part of the applicable license.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product-specific license information before purchasing.

11. License Termination

PixelStocker or the applicable copyright holder may terminate the license if you materially violate these Terms.

If the license is terminated, you must stop using the affected digital product and, where applicable, remove or destroy unauthorized copies of the original files.

Finished products that were lawfully created before termination may continue to be used unless otherwise required by applicable law or the specific product license.

12. No Warranty of Exclusive Rights

A Commercial License is not an exclusive license unless the product is specifically sold as an Exclusive License.

The same design may therefore be licensed to other customers unless the product listing states otherwise.

13. Refunds and License Rights

A refund or cancellation of a purchase may result in the associated license being revoked.

If a purchase is refunded, the purchaser must discontinue any further use of the licensed digital product where required by the applicable refund and license terms.

14. Seller-Specific Terms

PixelStocker is a marketplace that may host products from independent creators and sellers. Individual sellers may provide additional terms applicable to their products.

If additional seller terms are displayed on the product page, customers should review those terms before purchasing.

In the event of a conflict, the specific license terms displayed for the product should be reviewed together with these general Commercial License Terms.

15. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using a product subject to these Commercial License Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, download, or use the applicable product.
